What’s your return policy?

All sales are final unless the order is incorrect, defective or damaged. If there is something wrong with your order, please contact us at stefan@dungeonhoard.ca!

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only offered to customers if the items they have received are incorrect, defective or damaged. If any of these apply, please contact us at stefan@dungeonhoard.ca with your order ID and photos of the wrong/damaged items and we'll sort that out for you.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

We don't offer exchanges at this time. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. If you have any further questions, please contact us at stefan@dungeonhoard.ca.
